Restful Resonance ~ The Farm, Avebury

Join Vadoma at The Farm in the beauitful sacred lands of Avebury on Tuesday 29th October 2024 for 'Restful Resonance', an evening ritual that cocoons you in a calming soundscape, allows you to check in with yourself and fill your own cup first as you journey through your week.

Within the Sound Ceremony I will guide you into an altered meditative state using my voice, beautiful crystal singing bowls & gong to enable you to heal and rejuvenate the body on a cellular level. Allow yourself to float in and out of a dreamlike state as I intentionally hold space for your deep rest.

The sound journey will be followed by teas and the opportunity to pick an oracle card. Picking a card whilst in this relaxed state has been a wonderful way for many to connect with their intuition and gain some guidance for answers they're seeking.

All yoga mats & blankets are provided but feel free to bring extra if you have a favourite pillow or blanket which you'd prefer to use, the more cosiness the better.

Come as you are in comfortable clothing, the cosier the better. Everybody is welcome!

Please note - Sound Baths are not advisable to attend if you are pregnant, fitted with a pace-maker, have epilepsy or become triggered by sounds.
