Sunday Sound Ceremony

Join me as we virtually commune over Zoom in Vadoma to recharge from a long busy week by prioritising some sound healing self-care. Allow me to take you on a relaxing 40 minute sound journey using my voice and sound healing instruments, to ensure you are setting yourself up for a more focused and aligned week ahead. This event will be held with the intention of creating space and releasing all that no longer serves us as we delve deep into relaxation via frequency & sound. The sound healing instruments are all tuned to healing frequencies to entrain your body to rise to this vibration. It will be gentle & restorative.

Make sure to create a cozy space fo yourself at home. Find somewhere comfortable to lay down, where you wont be disturbed for the duration and allow any worries and anxiety's to drain from your body as you relax blissfully in Vadoma. 

I highly recommend using headphones to ensure you get the best sound quality if you have some available to you. Also covering yourself with a blanket and maybe using an eye mask if you have one is recommended for extra coziness. 

Have a glass of water handy for afterwards, as the vibrations are like an internal deep tissue massage and drinking water will help you to come back around after the Sound Cermony has taken place.
