By purchasing a ticket to our event, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, the use of the Service, or access to the Service, including any content available on the website through which the Service is provided, without our express written permission. Our website is designed to provide information about our services and facilitate ticket purchases. 1.3. 2. Ticket Purchases
2.1. All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only permitted under the conditions outlined in Section 6. 2.2. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. 2.3. Prices for tickets are listed in pound sterling and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. 2.4. Tickets must be purchased directly through our website. We are not responsible for tickets obtained from third-party sources.

3.1. You agree to arrive at the event location on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided. 3.2. Our sessions may involve sounds, vibrations, and meditative practices. It is your responsibility to consult a healthcare professional before participating if you have any medical conditions that could be affected. 3.3. We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask participants to leave if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe to others.

4.1. Sound therapy healing sessions are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider before participating. 4.2. Participation in our sessions is entirely voluntary. Vadoma is not responsible for any adverse effects experienced during or after the session.
5. Cancellations
and Rescheduling
5.1. If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, we will notify you as soon as possible via the contact information provided during ticket purchase. 5.2. In the event of a cancellation, you will be offered a choice between a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled event. 5.3. We are not liable for any costs incurred by you (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses) due to event cancellations or rescheduling.
6. Refund Policy
6.1. Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:

11.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. 11.2. Continued use of the website or purchase of tickets after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
6.2 Refund Policy
Online Sound Ceremony
Due to the nature of live online events, refunds cannot be issued unless the event is canceled or postponed by us due to illness or technical issues. If you are unable to attend the live event but still wish to participate, we will provide a recording of the session via email. To request the recording, please contact us at vadomaofficial@gmail.com, and we will send it to you within 24 hours of the event's conclusion.

In-Person Sound Ceremony Event

All ticket sales for our In-Person Sound Ceremony events are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
However, if you are unable to attend your booked event, we may offer the option to transfer your booking to the following ceremony, provided the current event has not sold out. Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.
To request a transfer, please contact us at vadomaofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee space at a future event, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund, limited transfer policy.

By purchasing a ticket to our Sound Ceremony events or engaging with content on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Our events are open to everyone, regardless of experience or background. Whether you're new to sound therapy or a seasoned practitioner, you're welcome to join us.
What should I expect during a session?
During a session, you'll be guided through a sound journey where you can lie down, relax, and absorb the healing vibrations. Each session is unique but designed to help you unwind, center yourself, and feel rejuvenated.

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased directly through our website. Simply visit the "Events" section, choose your preferred session and follow the checkout process.

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. However, if you notify us at least 24 hours before the event, we may be able to transfer your ticket to a future session if the original event you purchased your ticket for has not sold out.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are generally non-transferable, but if you have a special circumstance, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Preparing for the Session​

What should I bring to the event?
We recommend bringing an extra blanket if you'd prefer to use your own and a small cushion for your head, as all sessions involve lying down for the duration of the sound bath and comfort is essential. You may also want to bring a bottle of water, a journal to write down any insights that come to you during your session and an eye mask for added relaxation. We create an Altar for most events too so feel free to bring something small that means a lot to you e.g a favourite crystal, piece of jewellery, a photo of a loved one. This allows your pieces to be intentionally and energetically cleansed during the sound bath. (You will take this home with you afterwards)

What should I wear?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. Layers are a good idea, as room temperatures can vary.

Do I need any prior experience?
No prior experience is required. Our sessions are designed to be accessible for everyone, and you'll be guided throughout the experience.
